Hi Traders,
One of the secrets to trading (and life) success is expecting the best from yourself, and working with the best people in the world.
It was an honor for me to get permission from the Bellagio Hotel to meet with, and publish this rare photo, of me and renowned President Randy Morton of Bellagio hotel in December 2010:
Randy was very cordial, he was telling me about their 10th anniversary of being a 5-diamond property; that's an exceptionally difficult feat to accomplish in the hospitality industry; Randy's one of the top hotel executives in the world. I could tell he was proud of his management team and employees for all their hard work, he is a very genuine, capable leader. I've worked with hundreds of executives back in my prior consulting career, I could tell from our conversation that he's one of the world's top executives (his competency and leadership acumen came through instantly).
Here's a good article about Bellagio and how they've been able to achieve such spectacular success as hoteliers:

Randy Morton also won the Nevada Hotelier of the Year award in 2008 (congrats):

I was staying at the Bellagio because I was a featured speaker at the Moneyshow.com Traders' Expo being held in a nearby venue. I always like to stay at the Bellagio when I'm in Vegas, because they have the finest service, best food, most entertaining gaming and top-to-bottom world class service I've seen anywhere.
I personally like the Bellagio Lakeview Suites best, they're spacious with floor-to-ceiling window views of the famous Bellagio fountains -- it's a very special experience. This last time, I stayed in a "Lakeview Deluxe" room, here's the view, it was fantastic:
Highly recommended. Bellagio Hotel is my favorite property in the world, I feel safe, like I'm at home, that I can trust the entire staff to deliver a world-class experience. In staying there many times these last few years, they've always overdelivered. One of the best experiences of my life is staying at Bellagio. You'll like it a lot, be sure to stay there as well (tip: get on their email list to get special promos):

These pages contain excerpts of actual trades I've made; it's not a complete record of every single trade I make. Some days I'll take trading wins or losses that I do not take the time to screencap and post online; it's a partial record of some of my trades. Note that I am not making income nor profitability claims of any kind. Most traders lose regardless of what they do. The majority of my personal income comes from my training business. I try to capture the best highlights of successful days so you can see practical examples of what I'm trading. There are also days in which I incur losses (and wins) which are not shown. This is simply a partial record showing highlights of some of my successful trading days. No representation is being made that other traders, including customers, will be able to trade like I do. Generally expected (average/typical) trader results are that all traders incur trading losses and most do not become profitable, regardless of the training they get. Trading is a speculative, high-risk activity.
