Default Latest trading books that really help...

What trading books have you found the most useful?

Big picture, reading the reviews/number of stars at amazon.com for the books has really helped...

Pet peeve: "books" that are really just upsell devices where the author constantly talks about their services, instead of actually showing actionable, useful trading strategies.

My favorite trading books are Steve Nison's "Beyond Candlesticks" and Tony Oz' "The Stock Trader" (out of print!), because it's a trading journal with actual trade setups, and Toni Turner and Barry Rudd's books.

For Forex, I like Kathy Lien and Boris Schlossberg's books, they're top-shelf.

What are your favorites?

The Essentials of Forex by J. Martinez, It was my first book. It is a really easy to understand book that covers almost all topics. That book is a great starter book. Of course my favorite by surprise is Age of Turbulence by Alan Greenspan. I thought this book would be boring but it has open my eyes to how things are run at the fed and elsewhere, If you plan to trade ANY market this book is a must.

I dont buy many trading books, but one I did get and find useful is The Logical Trader by Mark B Fisher. Worth looking at for sure.
