Default Multiple Positions

I haven't used broker stops; I manually exit based on candles and the tape. Usually, this keeps me stuck on one stock which may or may not make the move I was expecting. I am a successful trader, but could be much more profitable if I could manage multiple positions instead of managing one trade at a time. How can you do that if you are exiting manually? How can you get into and manage 3-4 trades without using broker stops?
