Let the software install, and simply login at 10am EST on Saturday, May 3rd.
(Vista users, you may need to run the conference.exe software in "winxp compatibility mode"; see directions at
http://tinyurl.com/4vdbfm ).
Note that I'll probably be running it in "moderated" mode, which means you won't be able to post text or speak, this is so that I can focus on delivering this morning's webinar content without distraction or interruptions; I may open it up for Q&A at the end of the session, or, email questions to me is fine and I'll answer them for you at the end of the session).
"Plan B": In case there's a problem with the webinar software, eg if it crashes because of too many people etc, I've also set up a teleseminar bridge line that you'll be able to call in on, to hear the event. I'll post the access information here if we need to use it. Please be patient if we do have a tech issue, as "technology gremlins" are apt to surface if we have a huge turnout ... that's why this is the 4th of our "beta test" sessions, to see how well it all works.
