Default Widescreen monitors: makes trading easy...

I've bought a handful of widescreen monitors, both Dell and Viewsonic .. they've been a big improvement, having 4 widescreens vs 6 regular format monitors.. much easier to see what's trading, where.

What do you like to trade with? Hopefully everyone has at least 2-3 monitors to work with, so you can see the market at a glance... comments?

I set my wife's desktop with triple 20.1" Dell monitors...while I get stuck with dual 17" Sony monitors. We keep the laptop between us as we trade. The laptop is strictly for emails, and web surfing only. Our desktops are strictly for trading, and financials. I'm the Day Trader, she's the Swing Trader...I think that I deserve the larger monitors...and not the stamp size monitors.

Default 40" monitor

For those of you with the room, consider a 40" monitor as a side monitor.
I am using 2 24" monitors in the center as my main eSignal monitor and a Schwab execution monitor. My 19" monitor on the right is for email and websurfing. The 40" is used for getting all of my ChartScans picks viewable in one place. I looked at a 32" as well as a 46". The 32" is nice.
The 46" is just a little too big from a head swaying back and forth (ergonomically) point of view. I found the 40" to be perfect for this. Plus its great for traning dvds and webinars..

I'm still suffering with 19 and 15 inch LCDs

Since I'm very picky at LCD quality I'm going to buy only PVA matrix LCDs.
I'm waiting for 24inch HP LP2465 and when I make enough money I'll instantly buy HP 30 inch as well so yes 24+30 and I doubt it will be enough cause I'd like to watch 6 stocks at a time on a multi chart.

Hi Ken. I just bought a computer with 4 monitors, can you please help in what would be the best way to set up your trading system(i.e. pairs,MACD,ADX, trade platform, etc.) on the 4 monitors. Thank you, Albert
